The Honda Accord is series of midrange automobile manufactured by Honda since 1976 and sold in most automotive markets throughout the world. The Accord became the first Japanese car to be produced in the US in 1982, when production commenced in Marysville, Ohio at Honda's Marysville Auto Plant. It is also produced in Guangzhou, China since the 1999 inception of the Guangzhou Honda Joint Venture. The Accord has achieved considerable success, especially in the United States, where it was the best-selling Japanese car for 20 years (1982-97), topping its class in sales in 1991 and 2001, with around ten million sold there in total.

The Mercedes-Benz V-Class is a series of vans that currently contains two models: the Vaneo and the Viano. The Vaneo is loosely based on the A-Class while the Viano is based on the Vito Panel Van, with which it shares a body. The Vito and Viano differ primarily in interior fittings and both are assembled at the Vitoria factory in Northern Spain. The V-Class is sold in Europe, Asia, Côte d'Ivoire, Australia, Chile, India and Martinique. Production of the Vaneo ended in 2006. The factory now produces the new Sprinter and the Vario.
